How It Works
Getting your event on our schedule is simple. Call, text, or email Beth to get started. We’re always happy to answer questions and discuss special requests—we want to be part of creating the event experience you envision.
We typically build our event calendar 4–6 months in advance and welcome annual commitments for recurring tournaments. That said, we are always open to adding additional events, so please reach out regardless of your timeline.
Once an event is confirmed, we create a custom poster template personalized to your tournament. Using a master schedule of teams and game times, we ensure that every team that wants a photo has the opportunity to receive one.
On-Site Photography Experience
We send a professional photographer to each team, with a goal of taking no more than two minutes of a team’s pre-game practice time. Each head coach receives a complimentary poster, and the team representative receives an order form the same day.
Parents are able to view the exact product they are purchasing before placing an order, ensuring transparency and confidence in their purchase.
Our order forms also include a video instruction link so parents can review the process before ordering. Teams simply submit a list of parents who wish to purchase a poster—without distracting players or coaches from their games.
Orders are finalized with a simple text submission by 10:00 PM Saturday night and completed team orders are delivered directly to the team’s first scheduled game on Sunday.

We offer a percentage of sales to each hiring tournament director and ensure payment is handled before leaving the tournament.
Unlike many vendors, we never operate without ownership on site. We maintain larger, experienced crews, utilize advanced on-site printing technologies, and focus on fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.
